Deana was born and raised in Staten Island. She has been a realtor since 2005. As a native Staten Islander she knows the community well. She currently resides in Grasmere with her husband and three children. John Gambino, Owner and President, was born in Jackson Heights, Queens. He attended Holy Cross High school in Bayside.  After high school he lived in Virginia where he attended Lynchburg College.  While in college he earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communication Studies.  After graduating, John pursued a career in the construction industry. However, after several years in construction he knew that it was not for him. His people skills along with his outgoing personality were not being put to use.

After growing up and spending much of his adult life in Queens, John took advantage of an opportunity that came about. Even though it meant leaving his family and friends behind in Queens, he jumped on it and purchased a home in Staten Island.  Although, a difficult decision, in his heart he knew this was the right move.  John has no regrets and has not looked back once on his decision. He has now called Staten Island his home for over 12 years.  John and his wife Deana currently reside in the lovely community of Grasmere with their three beautiful children.

John’s prior experience in the construction field, his aggressive personality along with his passion for serving the public has helped to make him successful in the real estate industry. He is experienced in all phases of real estate. John understands the wants and needs of prospective home owners and buyers.  He works closely with the lawyers, builders and mortgage brokers, but at the same time does not compromise his loyalty to his clients.
